Policies:
Minimum age 15 years when accompanied by a parent.
No smoking inside any Casita (smoking permitted only in designated smoking areas). If evidence of smoking in a non-designated smoking area is found, a $500 USD additional cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card for associated cleaning services.
Housekeeping for Casitas is provided daily at no charge. All linens, including towels, will be routinely changed every 3 days.
Beach towels are provided for use on the property. If any towel is taken off the property and is lost or stolen, a $50 USD fee will be charged to your credit card. Upon request, other towels for use off-property will be provided.
If any significant damage occurs to the Casa Cava property arising from your action, additional charges may be applied to your credit card.
Casa Cava operates under the rule of common courtesy, which dictates that guests should not be the cause of a nuisance or a noise disruption to other guests.
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of your 50% deposit if canceled more than 45 days before scheduled arrival.
No refund if canceled less than 45 days before scheduled arrival.
* At full discretion of Casa Cava, the initial deposit may be used towards a future stay within 6 months of the original arrival date, depending on availability.
